Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve above-average growth, focusing on operational efficiency, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
  • Drive organizational alignment with strategic goals and ensure the team is motivated and equipped to deliver results.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer service.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Business Development:

  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth in alternative energy solutions, particularly in aeroderivative, BESS, data center and solar markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage the company's P&L to ensure financial health and growth.
  • Develop budgets, forecast performance, and track financial metrics to align with the company's objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across all departments.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards and delivering on commitments.
  • Address customer feedback proactively to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within manufacturing, with a proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving significant growth targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), with a strong business background. An MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes, especially in alternative energy solutions.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
