Marketing Analyst

Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Business Intelligence/ Business Analytics (BI/BA) applications utilizing advanced data visualization techniques.
2. Leverage modern BI architecture and emerging technologies in the web/mobile space to deliver new capabilities and value for business users and end customers.
3. Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas.
4. Participate in data management strategy and development.
5. Analyze, design, and develop roadmap plans.
6. Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project and operational activities.
7. Generate precise forecasting for near-term and long-term based on market trends and reports.
8. Assist the financial team by understanding and applying financial and accounting principles when needed.
9. Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner using storytelling techniques.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong, demonstrable skills in SQL is a must.
3. Experience with BI/BA visualization and/or reporting tools with advanced knowledge of platforms like Tableau, Spotfire, and Qlik.
4. Skills in web technologies such as HTML and CSS. Integration of these with data visualization tools is a plus.
5. Solid understanding of market dynamics and marketing strategies.
6. Proven track record of managing complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
9. Strong team player but still a self-starter.
