• As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day site operations for luxury custom home construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to execute the vision of the client and design team.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and craftsmanship of work performed.
• Communicate progress and updates effectively with the project manager and stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in luxury custom residential construction.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; strong understanding of high-end finishes, materials, and building practices.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and construction technology; experience with custom detailing is a plus.
• Tools: Proficiency in construction management software and ability to adapt to new technologies.
