Accounts Receivable Specialist I
- Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections.
- Provides communications to MAs (marketing associate), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts.
- Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
- Makes recommendations on bad debt management.

Responsibilities- Reviews, analyzes, and approves or denies customer credit applications.
