We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Washington, District of Columbia. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a vast number of documents, verifying the employment and rent details of our clients, executing income calculations, and other administrative duties.
This role falls within the industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage large volumes of documents with precision and efficiency
- Verify employment details of clients as part of the administrative process
- Validate rent details of clients to ensure accurate records
- Perform income calculations as part of client data management
- Execute data entry tasks and reconcile discrepancies when they arise
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP
- Financial Services, CRM, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Management System for various accounting and billing functions
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is needed.
- Must have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a must.
- Capability to handle Management System is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in executing Accounting Functions is vital.
- Must be skilled in performing Billing Functions.
