Job Overview::

Due to company growth, we are actively seeking an experiened Field Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pleasanton, California.

Responsibilities & Duties::

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, field work schedules, and customer interactions
  • Manage customer relations/communications
  • Support the preparation of reports and project summaries for management and stakeholders
  • Assist with preparing and organizing paperwork related to field projects
  • Attend fielding team coordination/safety calls
  • Coordinate local fleet vehicle maintenance
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications & Skills::

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in a field operations or construction environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint
  • Must be self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision
  • Must be capable of carrying out the essential functions of the classification
  • Must be able to report daily to the office in Pleasanton, CA
The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licenses and certifications; and other related skillsets.
