Inside Sales Specialist:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in our sales team by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. You will work closely with our sales representatives to understand customer needs, provide technical support, and drive sales growth.If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background and a customer-focused mindset, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct research to identify potential new customers.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other methods.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
- Confidently read technical drawings related to fasteners, nuts, bolts, and similar products, discuss them with clients, and track them in ERP system.
- Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth process across all transactions
- Monday-Friday in-office, 8:30am-5pm
