Position Overview
As part of an in-house development and construction group, the Project Manager will oversee multiple projects across the country, as well as oversee repairs on existing properties. The Project Manager will also facilitate due diligence for acquisitions and inspect properties to mitigate risk for the owner.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Experience in Multifamily and/or Senior Housing preferred but not required
- Self-starter with proven track record of performance, management and setting priorities
- Strong estimating skills
- Working knowledge of standard contract documents including AIA payment applications, change orders, submittals, RFI’s, etc.
- Ability to identify construction deficiencies and scheduling problems via document review/analysis and onsite visits
- Must be able to produce reports with photos of jobsite conditions
- Must be a team player and enjoy collaboration
- Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in design/construction/development preferred
- Experience: 3-6 years of construction, due diligence, or design experience preferred
- Travel required: 2-4 weekdays per month in the United States
