We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part-time Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit sector in Richmond, Virginia. As an Administrative Assistant, your core role will be to maintain organization and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
You will be tasked with handling a variety of operations, ranging from answering inbound calls to managing email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing customer credit applications
- Maintaining precise customer credit records
- Resolving customer inquiries promptly and in a detail-oriented manner
- Managing inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Providing top-notch customer service at all times
- Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Handling email correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently
- Scanning and printing documents as required.
- Proven experience in efficiently and detail-orientedly answering inbound calls
- Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Extensive experience in managing detail-oriented email correspondence
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and scheduling
- Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in drafting, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft Word
- Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
