You will also play a crucial role in maintaining our payroll system and providing support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process payroll aligning with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Utilize payroll software such as Paychex Flex to manage employee data and process payroll.
• Assist in accounts payable by processing vendor invoices.
• Prepare and record bi-weekly payroll entries into the company accounting system.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track payroll-related data.
• Perform data entry tasks using a 10-key typing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our organization by maintaining our payroll system.
• Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.

• Knowledge of Paychex Flex
• Familiarity with Great Plains
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP)
