Job Description
  • Meet & greet incoming visitors to the office
  • Answer phone calls & emails and answer them in a timely manner
  • Handle reimbursements & expenses through Concur
  • Input invoices into PeopleSoft
  • Assist executives with international & domestic travel coordination
  • Ensure the office and reception area is organized and tidy
  • Manage and schedule the conference rooms for meetings and events
  • Assist with catering orders for large meetings, as needed
  • Communicate messages to the appropriate employee within the office
  • Distribute mail and packages throughout the office
  • Order office supplies and inventory and adhere to budgets
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant
  • 1-2 years of Receptionist/Front Desk experience
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco (2-3x per week)
  • Prior experience arranging travel, handling expenses and managing calendars
  • Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clear communication, both written & verbal
  • Ability to commit to an on-going contract
