Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing outdoor power equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending the best products to meet their requirements.
• Utilize product knowledge and resources to accurately answer customer inquiries regarding features, specifications, and usage of various outdoor power equipment.
• Assist customers in navigating our product catalog and making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless buying experience for customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry trends, product updates, and company policies.

Requirements:
