We are seeking a skilled RV Roof Specialist with expertise in spray-on roofing applications to join our team. As an RV Roof Specialist, you will be responsible for applying spray-on roof coatings to RVs to protect against leaks, enhance insulation, and extend the life of the roof.Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities- Apply spray-on roof coatings to RVs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Inspect and prepare RV roofs for coating application, ensuring surfaces are clean and properly prepped.
- Identify and repair any existing roof damage or leaks before applying coatings.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
- Passion for outdoor pursuits and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others embark on memorable adventures.
- Proven track record of success, with a focus on premium products and exceptional customer service.
- Proven experience as an RV Roof Specialist or similar role, with specific expertise in spray-on roof coatings.
- Strong knowledge of RV roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.
