Receptionist

We are currently looking for a friendly and proficient Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires direct interaction with clients and ensuring that they have a positive experience when they visit or call us.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  2. Direct visitors to the appropriate meetings, persons, and offices
  3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  6. Update calendars and schedule meetings
  7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  8. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  9. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  10. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
  11. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  12. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  13. Proven work experience as a receptionist or a similar role.
  14. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  15. Professional attitude and appearance.
  16. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  17. High school degree; additional certification in office management is a plus.

The ideal candidate is someone who is positive, warm, and has a keen eye for detail. You'd have a professional appearance and a customer service-oriented approach. If you can multitask and work under pressure, we would like to meet you.
