We offer state-of-the-art fertility treatments with an intimate, empathic approach to patient care. Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan is looking for a Community Relations and Marketing Specialist to join our highly motivated and results driven team of healthcare professionals.

We need a strong candidate who can produce an effective marketing plan to drive Practice growth and development along with exceptional sales technique for direct to consumer success. This candidate must be capable of balancing both a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy.

This position is (4) days per week, Monday – Thursday, with a flexible start time

• College Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical/intangible service sales with demonstrated results. Advertising, PR Agency or Corporate Communications experience a plus.
• Familiarity with infertility or women’s health is beneficial.

• Establishing a high level of customer service by facilitating referrals and effectively communicating accurate information and updates about the practice and our services.
• Marketing calls to doctors' offices – drops off information and build rapport with staff.
• Willingness to cold call new potential referral sources.
• Coordinate marketing events.
• Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage and uphold the online reputation of the practice, ensuring positive reviews, responses to feedback, and proactive strategies for maintaining a favorable digital presence.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content to drive interaction across various platforms.
• Create compelling graphic ads for both print and digital mediums.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
• Assist with website development and content.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
