Overview:

Pay Rate $16.85 #TowncountrySD

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile, creating an inviting and hospitable environment.
• Manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth guest flow in the dining area.
• Communicate wait times effectively and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting.
• Work closely with the restaurant staff to accommodate special requests and ensure all guests’ needs are met.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and daily specials to answer guest inquiries.
• Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the front-of-house area.

Qualifications:

• A positive, upbeat attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience as a host in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and passion for hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
