Sr Construction Estimator
Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team in the Port St. Lucie office. This role will focus on estimating for a wide range of industries, including schools, medical centers, assisted living facilities, clubhouses, colleges, boys and girls clubs, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, with a desire to grow within a company that has a long pipeline of booked projects. Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably across multiple sectors including residential and commercial.
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a desire for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates for diverse industries, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, residential projects, and community centers.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to ensure accurate and competitive cost projections.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project budgets and schedules.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Participate in bid reviews and present estimates to clients and leadership teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction materials, and market prices.
