They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead complex projects to success.

Job Description
  • Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals, specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed project timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project specifications, and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective collaboration among team members.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their professional development and project management skills.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve construction processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are desirable but not required.
