Data Entry Clerk

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment. This position will allow you to utilize your skills in data entry, customer service, and organization.

• Accurately and efficiently enter purchase orders into the SAP system
• Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the system
• Manage and organize files for easy retrieval
• Scan and digitize relevant documents for record-keeping
• Handle customer service and account management related tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and correspondence
• Use 10 key skills to perform calculations as necessary
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
• Communicate effectively through email correspondence
• Utilize typing skills for data entry and communication. • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proven experience in data entry
• Familiarity with email correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Experience in organizing files
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Experience in scanning documents
• Proficient typing speed
• Familiarity with SAP software
