Warehouse Logistics Intern- Summer 2025

Our Supply Chain team is growing and moving into a brand new warehouse on the Medpace campus! We are currently seeking intern(s) to assist and support our team with this transition. The Warehouse Logistics Intern will be responsible for the project planning and successful start-up of the new warehouse and distribution center.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on logistics experience and be a vital part of the growth and execution of complex Clinical Supply Chains. This position is office-based in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain current and new warehouse organization
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliveries of products and services align with the needs of the business.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational before and after move
  • Assist with organization of materials to efficiently transfer from one warehouse to another
  • Verify all inventory is moved to the correct locations and updated in the Inventory management system
  • Assess current layout of warehouse and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate and communicate with Supply Chain team on updates, potential issues, and solutions to contribute to overall success of Medpace's clinical operations
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and pursuing bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines based on study deliverables
