Position Overview: As a key leader in our organization, you'll champion our team's success by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will directly influence production efficiency, team development, and operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Additional overtime opportunities available on Fridays
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of inspiring and leading high-performing teams
- 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, Kanban)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations (preferred)
