Description:

The Clinical Plan Coordinator will assess individual client needs and plan services to be delivered by line staff. The Clinical Plan Coordinator will clinically supervise line staff by providing CSS support services to individuals with mental health diagnosis while living in a supportive housing environment.

Responsibilities include conducting Comprehensive Rehabilitation Needs Assessments (CRNAs) and Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs).

Full-time | 40 hours | Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Annual Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $72,000.00

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a mental health related discipline.
  • Current NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Foster teamwork.
  • Capable of making sound conclusions and excellent judgment in clinical situations.
  • Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
