Job Description

The QUality Manager will manage the development and execution of quality control procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated expertise in quality management and process enhancement.
In-depth understanding of quality control standards and regulatory compliance, including experience assisting with AS9100 audits and certification renewals.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to analyze data and develop effective quality assurance strategies.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Preferred certifications in quality management, such as CQM or Six Sigma
