• As a PT in this role, you'll focus on assessing and developing treatment plans for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal/informal assessments to evaluate skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function.
• Develop and prescribe a personalized treatment regime, considering patient tolerance and goals.
• Submit written treatment regimes and coordinate care with the physician. You will also update the plan of care as needed and co-sign orders for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Set treatment schedules, communicating frequency and duration with the patient, family, and caregivers.

Requirements

License:

• Active MI Physical Therapy License.

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
