New York - Customer Success Director – Broker / PE
LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Director – Broker /PE to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for individuals who have a strong background in working with Private Equity firms in both a Commercial Insurance and Customer Success role.
This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.
The Customer Success Director is tasked with:
Performing comprehensive reviews of commercial insurance programs, preparatory to customer meetings, presenting the research to the client to ensure users obtain the greatest return on investment utilizing the tool.
This includes sharing best practices and commercial insurance use cases, conducting training sessions, creating open discussion with the customer reviewing reports, increasing utilization, and ensuring customer retention. Acting as both a LineSlip platform subject matter expert and demonstrating a deep understanding of commercial insurance terminology, coverages, terms/conditions, etc.
Advocating for customers by obtaining feedback to share with the Operations, Product, and other teams for revisions or enhancements.
Noting and planning within a Customer Success tool to ensure optimal outcomes.
Managing the customer renewal process.
Providing input in the development and implementation of workflows, policies, & procedures.
Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, new product launches, tools, etc. to provide timely and quality feedback to product/project and development teams.
Project manage the implementation process for new and existing clients.
Work as a team player with the LineSlip organization.
Providing other support as directed.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience and/or insurance account servicing in an Account Manager, Account Executive, Underwriter, or similar role.
Prior experience working with Private Equity Firms within a Top 10 Insurance Broker preferred.
Ability to work self-sufficiently, as well as collaboratively, in a remote work environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.
Ability to independently navigate systems and tools.
Successfully meet or exceed targets, working within tight deadlines.
