- Assisting with the tracking and analysis of headcount and explaining variances.
- Preparing system uploads of financial plans for SAP and Business Warehouse financial systems.
- Collaborating with accounting teams on adjustment entries if needed.
- Assisting with the collection and compilation of information for balance sheet planning.
- Preparing ad-hoc reporting as requested.
- Managing allocation planning between internal departments and preparing recurring allocation journal entries for accounting to book actuals.
- Maintaining source information driving automated database.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Understanding of Data Mining Techniques
- Capable of performing Accounting Functions
- Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
- Experience in Auditing
