Receptionist

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Construction/Contractor industry, located in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role will be based onsite and will require the selected candidate to interact with potential clients, providing basic information and referring them to representatives as necessary.

• Greet potential clients and answer their basic inquiries
• Refer potential clients to appropriate representatives as required
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers detailing floor plans and availability
• Manage downtime effectively
• Ensure security by maintaining possession of keys and security codes
• Provide a detail oriented and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
• Perform all duties while stationed at a reception desk within a sales center office. • Proven experience in Receptionist Duties within the construction/contractor industry.
• Excellent ability to handle administrative duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a track record of creating positive experiences for clients and visitors.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes would be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
