Job Summary
Astound Broadband seeks an innovative, creative Digital Marketing Producer to support and advance regional and corporate-first digital marketing initiatives. Main duties focus on: concepting and producing digital-first assets (video, imagery and light copy), campaign/project & priorities management, liaison to omnichannel, organic and paid marketing partners, and support national and local social media/content campaigns.An applicant must be a committed team player, highly organized, motivated, and creative self-starter who will participate and proactively support a variety of social media and digital marketing projects.
This role requires an ability to intake and translate campaign/project requirements, manage multiple production workflows, and gather content creation requirements to run cohesive social media and digital marketing efforts. The ability to work independently, excellent time management, ability to "connect the dots" and independent project/task prioritization are a must.The Digital Marketing Producer will report to the Manager, Social Media and will become an integral part of a greater Digital Marketing and overall Corporate Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work in concert with the Corporate, Social Media and Content Marketing teams to project manage, track and report out on multiple simultaneous local and national Digital Marketing initiatives.
- Develop copy, imagery and video assets to support Social Media and Content Marketing campaigns. Shepherd assets from creation through to approval and publication.
- Collaborate & work with peers on evolution of video strategy, library and content curation. Take ownership of digital asset libraries, including images and videos.
- Oversee Social Media partnerships, including (but not limited to): programmer content lifecycles, Entertainment/TV content curation and recruitment/HR editorial & campaigns.
- Learn and run the boosted editorial schedule. Work with peers and supervisor to develop, budget and execute on national boosted editorial and then report on results.
- Work with Digital and local teams to develop campaigns/contests, etc. from inception through production, to launch and reporting. Take in, review and consult stakeholders on Social Media campaign requirements.
- Working with peers, devise and evolve Social Media reporting dashboards. Support team in tagging, data prep and collaborate with analysts to develop new BI dashboards to proactively seek data insights, trends and benchmarks.
- Champion national initiatives, such as DEI social media campaigns, and consult with corporate and local teams to originate and/or evolve content, ensuring campaigns are holistic/omni-channel in approach throughout project/campaign lifecycles.
- Proactively work to ensure strong PR/social media alignment/expansion and help launch Influencer and Brand Ambassador Programs, pivoting to modern social channels.
- Take on BAU (business as usual) work with command, in such a way that the team can grow collectively.

Requirements/Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Major in Communications, Digital Marketing, or Computer Sciences.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in content production for Digital Marketing channels.
- 3-4 years of video & graphics production. Within business/brand context preferred.
- 3-4 years' project management experience. Includes management of: client requirements, timelines and budgets. Preferably in digital marketing, content marketing or social media management.
- Google Suite experience is required.
- Experience in telecommunications/mobile/internet/technology industries is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven knowledge and hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on skills using Social Media Management & intelligence tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or comparable).
- Proven knowledge and hands-on skills using project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp or comparable).
- Proven knowledge and hands-on skills with Google Workspace.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be able to work independently within a fast-paced, innovative environment with a strong ability to manage multiple streams of work across campaigns/channels.
- Familiarity with SEO and cross-channel digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to independently time manage for multiple work streams.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Commitment to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
- Strong critical thinking ability. Taking in business needs & translating into holistic programs.
- Experience in interpreting and following established brand guidelines.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey and Illinois and may not be applicable to other locations.
