Responsibilities- Handle high volume calls regarding healthcare information, medical claims processing, and billing/collections services.
- Provide financial guidance (hospital, HMO, clinical services) to patients, families, and third party representatives.
- Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits.
- Function as a liaison between patients and their insurance companies.
