Project Manager - Commercial

• Large national GC whose top priority is building out their Arizona team. Growing quickly and looking to promote internally.
• Leader used to run construction for Maricopa County.
• A lot of commercial, light industrial, and municipal work. Partnered with a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate all project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Track project costs and ensure it stays within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities when possible.
• Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure that work is performed according to industry standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Oversee and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to progress.
• Maintain comprehensive records, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure the project is completed according to plan, and oversee the handover to the client.

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience working on large commerical projects
