You would also be responsible for day-to-day vendor contracting along with support for customer contracts. The role requires you to be 100% onsite but you will be working with the CLO who is a fantastic mentor and manager. The role pays well and they provide fantastic benefits.

• Advanced education in a business-related field
• Active paralegal certification
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in vendor contract matters, to include software, SaaS, technology, and services contracts, preferably in a healthcare IT environment
• Demonstrated understanding of contract law and principles and good drafting skills
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
