Billing Clerk

We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in East Windsor, Connecticut. The role centers around parts and service billing and requires a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in various accounting software systems. Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer credit applications for parts and service billing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
- Resolve customer inquiries related to billing in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed
- Use accounting software systems to perform billing functions
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management
- Use computerized billing and EHR SYSTEM to manage customer invoices
- Use Epic Software and About Time for time management and billing purposes
- Perform accounting functions and manage accounts receivable (AR)
- Handle answering inbound calls related to billing queries.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- ADP - Financial Services competency
- Experience with Computerized Billing
- Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM
- Proficiency in using Epic Software
- Knowledge of About Time software
- Experience with Accounting Functions
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
- Familiarity with Billing Functions
