IT Compliance Manager - Robert Half

Salary Range: $155,000 + 5-10% Bonus

Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT compliance management, relevant regulations, and strong project management skills. Initially, the position will be onsite for the first 3-6 months before transitioning to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT compliance efforts to align with regulatory requirements and company goals.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and manage POAMs for vulnerability tracking.
• Ensure compliance with SOX by overseeing IT controls and collaborating with auditors.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify IT compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Update IT compliance policies and procedures to adhere to industry best practices.
• Stay informed about regulations regarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
• Document and manage processes for IT and data management to ensure consistency.
• Facilitate training sessions on IT compliance requirements for staff.

• 5+ years of experience in leading IT compliance initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of SSP, POAM, and SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with regulations such as NIST SP 800-53, DFARS 252.204-7012, and SOX.
• Previous experience working with government contracts.
• Certifications such as CMMC, CISA, or CISSP.

• Vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Purview and Secude.
• Technical certifications related to IT compliance.
• Expertise in process and change management.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• 7+ years of overall experience in IT compliance or related fields.
