• Process mail effectively and maintain organized records. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets for maintaining and analyzing operational data
• Experience in mail processing, ensuring timely handling and distribution of correspondence
• Background in office administration, including managing office supplies and coordinating meetings.
