• Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued at $10M+ from inception to completion.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and work plans to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee all project phases, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and future collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality construction standards.
• Identify and address project risks, resolving issues effectively and proactively.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.

• Proven track record of managing multiple commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale commercial builds.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in construction management software, budget analysis, and project scheduling tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
