About Our Client
Our client is a distributor of industrial hardware and fasteners, including nuts, bolts, screws, etc. for the aerospace industry. They are a growing company with 2 new facilities opening up, totalling in 8 locations across North America. This growth will allow for several different promotion paths for the Quality Manager, as our client is looking for an individual that is looking to grow within the company.
Job Description- Creating and maintaining a QMS, document control and other standardized documentation in one centralized place
- Understanding how to use Ticket Issuing Systems
- MRB Experience (leading those meetings)
- Creating inspection plans for components (specifying methods, equipment, instruments, gauges, frequency, batch sizes)

The Successful Applicant- Experience developing or managing a QMS
- Background in Aerospace is preferred
- Willingness to travel at least 8 times a year to visit their facilities across the US
- Sponsorship not provided
- Competitive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on match with preferred skills
