Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist for our location in SAN JOSE, California. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. You will manage the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage social media postings on platforms such as Facebook
- Maintain a detail-oriented and positive demeanor at all times, promoting a friendly and approachable workspace
- Show initiative and the ability to see the bigger picture in all tasks undertaken
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and basic office skills to organize and schedule appointments
- Take detailed messages and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Continually eager to learn and retains information quickly and effectively
