Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to the residents of your nursing home.
- You will supervise and educate the certified nursing assistants.
- You will prepare and administer medications on a schedule.
- You will promptly chart and maintain your documentation.
- You will develop and encourage a positive work environment for all your team-members.
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.
- A current and valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.
- Current and valid CPR certification.
- One year or more experience in long-term care.
- Bonus paid half at 90 and180 days of employment
