• Creation and optimization of CNC programs on the CNC machine through G-code programming
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high quality parts in single piece and series
• Selection of tools and fixtures to meet the requirements of the production line
• Proven knowledge and skills in operating and programming CNC Machines
• Monitor manufacturing processes and react as necessary to maintain proper operation
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Provide input and ideas for process improvement and optimization
• Maintain accurate records of production data, such as part counts and cycle times
• Identify and troubleshoot problems that arise during the manufacturing process to ensure high quality production
• Creation of machining processes for lathes and mills
