Operations Specialist
Are you passionate about cybersecurity, customer support, and ensuring compliance? We are looking for a PCI Compliance Analyst/Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting merchants, internal teams, and business partners on PCI-related matters.
In this role, you will provide professional and accurate assistance via email and outbound calls, helping merchants navigate our Online PCI Portal Solution while ensuring seamless issue resolution. Your expertise will help drive compliance, streamline processes, and support enterprise-wide security initiatives.

salary: $22.28 - $22.29 per hourshift: First

Responsibilities- Utilize multiple systems to compile merchant boarding data:
o Utilize systems to gather and verify merchant onboarding information
o Ensure data is in proper format for uploading
- Maintenance of merchant records in Online PCI Portal Solution
o Updating merchant hierarchy/locations
o Correcting any boarding issues to ensure timely boarding of all new merchants
- Assist with quarterly data comparisons required for risk reporting
- Interface with PCI Assist Vendor support team
- Manage and organize boarding records and files
- Review, register, and validate PCI documentation and ASV Scans
