Job Overview:We are in search of a proactive Team Lead to help the Store Manager oversee overall store operations. The ideal candidate will strive for customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and effectively lead and motivate staff in a competitive environment.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop retail strategies to grow the customer base and boost profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range
- Ensure efficient inventory management to avoid stock issues
- Foster a positive and dynamic work environment
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
- Offer insights on customer preferences, trends, and profits
- Present innovative concepts to increase market share
- Address customer and employee concerns promptly and adequately
- Proficient in product pricing and have expertise in shoes and apparel
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, comprehension)
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
