Position Summary:
The Associate Manager, Supply Chain Analytics is a critical member of the Global Product Supply organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and other developers to design and build high-impact analytics while driving operational efficiency and financial performance across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of advanced analytics and use cases, proofs of concept, and experiments advancing analytics across the end-to-end supply chain
- Use knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve desired business benefits
- Collaborate with SC&O organization functional teams to identify issues/challenges, gather relevant data, review performance and support improvements
- Support the implementation of AI and GenAI tools across the end-to-end supply chain
- Leverage internal and external data to respond to requests for reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Ensure the availability and quality of data needed to support supply chain use cases and processes
- Interpret results of analyses, identifies trends and develops recommendations to support business objectives
- Provide hands-on, on-the-job training to help users leverage analytics in decision-making
- Develop, evolve, and publish regular KPI/metric reporting to track results and identify trends
- Build, optimize, and automate analytics solutions to improve efficiency of SC&O functions
- Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences other to act based on the useful information provided
- Member of team of 4 to 6 to drive advanced analytics across end-to-end supply chain
- Focus is 60% analytics, reporting, and dashboarding, 15% program management, 15% coaching and development and 10% communication
- Drive business insights and operational improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Develop and support the analysis, preparation, and presentation of key business drivers and results, continuous improvement insights, opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to be used by the SC&O organization leaders and others on the executive team
- Utilize advanced analytics and statistical analysis (e.g., regression, clustering, machine learning), with solid business acumen, to provide insights from historic actual behaviors/data and drive improvements to forward projections and results
- Develop and apply descriptive and contextual analytics products such as dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations
- Support the team by identifying analytics problems that can be solved by statistical analysis, data storytelling, and deep business acumen
- Validate, interpret, and create reports for senior management, functional leads, and other relevant stakeholders
- Develop analytic data sets that are purpose-built for streamlined statistical and analytical analysis
- Improve the quality of data that is modeled and delivered for ongoing statistically informed business analysis working with enterprise IT and data groups
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Supply Chain with analytics focus
- 7+ years in an analytics or supply chain role with experience with supply chain operations functional organizations
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI)
- Proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful business insights and the improvement of business performance
- Excellent communication skills leveraging statistical analysis leading to functional improvement
- Highly skilled in performing quantitative analyses on various business functions

Total Rewards Package: The salary range for this position is USD $87,000.00/Yr. - USD $132,000.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
