Marketing Project Manager
Pay: $61,000 per year

Position Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of a marketing campaign from planning to execution within the assigned project portfolio; Creates high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, blog posts, brochures and flyers, email campaigns and more; Collaborates with cross-functional teams in designing marketing strategies that utilize up-to-date tactics applicable to the new development of real estate projects; Develops and executes effective marketing strategies to drive sales and meet client goals; Coordinates marketing and advertising campaigns for both traditional and digital marketing channels; Analyzes data and metrics to track campaign performance, identifies trends, and optimizes marketing initiatives for maximum impact; Develops communications strategies to effectively reach target audiences; Works effectively and maintains good relationships with external partners, including agencies, graphic designers, copywriters, 3D renderers, media, photographers, influencers, etc.
Plans events and marketing for presentation centre launches, media, realtor, and public events; Maintains social media accounts and oversees production, layout and distribution of e-blasts.
Minimum Requirements:
At least a college diploma in marketing, communications, design, or related discipline; A least two years of content creation and marketing project management experience; Experienced with initiating and managing marketing and advertising campaigns across a wide variety of platforms, including traditional media (television, radio, print media) and digital media (social media, search engine ads)
Passionate about social media and proven track record of increasing engagement and exposure; Familiar with utilizing social media platforms favoured by Asian homebuyers, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu; Creative with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics; Experienced in developing and managing distinct marketing campaigns tailored to individual projects, each with unique visual identities, branding requirements, and target audiences; Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, video editing software, e-newsletter platforms, and MS Office; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Willing to learn constantly and have an ongoing understanding of business, campaign, and project objectives.
