Industrial Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician 3

• Direct Hire, full time
• Salary based on experience

** MUST HAVE experience performing electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of high speed automated industrial machinery.

• Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests on the production floor.
• Train production technicians in the proper setup and copy troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide training and assistance to production technicians as needed to help maximize production output and minimize downtime through

the utilization of proper production techniques and handling practices.

• Effectively diagnose mechanical, electrical, network, and computer hardware/software in assigned area (facility, machinery, equipment,

• Make timely and accurate repairs, as necessary, during production
• Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment.

• Inspect machinery for potential problems on a daily basis. Documents problems and schedules work/repairs as appropriate.
• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan. These activities

will be recorded using proper PM sheets.

• Perform inventory control of parts and equipment used from inventory.
• Inform Supervisor of parts and equipment used from inventory.
• Record maintenance activities using the proper computer application or paperwork
• Provide training and coaching to new maintenance technicians and inspects their work.

• Perform housekeeping duties required of maintenance staff including work area clean up, machine and equipment clean up, sweeping up

after clean up and various other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
