Senior QA Record Retention Specialist
The ideal candidate has experience with document scanning, imaging, archival processes, and quality documentation while maintaining high attention to detail and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the document archive room, ensuring security and controlled access.
- Prepare, scan, and verify the quality of documents/images for digital storage using electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Log, track, and maintain controlled documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records following quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure document integrity by reviewing files, researching missing documents, and removing non-essential materials.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for document transfers, offsite storage, and retrieval.
- Generate, review, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to document control and archiving.
- Maintain an organized and secure work area, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Minimum Education Requirement).✔ 1–2 years of experience in document scanning, imaging, or archival processes in a regulated environment.
✔ Proficiency with document management systems (EDMS) and digital archiving software.
✔ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain document integrity.
✔ Basic knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, and regulatory compliance (preferred).
✔ Ability to work independently and handle confidential quality documents securely.
✔ Experience managing work orders, controlled documents, and electronic records.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
