Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative and business support to Audit Partners and Directors, in addition to supporting other members of the management team to leverage time and productivity.
- Understand their Partners workflow, deadlines, clients, and key initiatives they are involved in.
- Manage and maintain meetings, events, appointment schedules, and calendars for assigned Partners and Directors.
- Effectively use Outlook features for arranging group calls and meetings. Assist with meeting room reservations.
- Proactively adjust schedules and keep supported internal/external clients aware of changes on a timely and accurate basis.
- Effectively manage conflicting priorities by organizing workflow, and promptly communicating potential issues with your assigned Partner and direct manager if assistance is needed.
- Effectively prioritizes events and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines presentations and other duties of the Partners are carried out seamlessly.
- With guidance, manage certain administrative aspects of client engagements.
- Accurately and efficiently format, proof, finalize and distribute Firm documents, adhering to the established guidelines and quality control methodologies and standards.
- Assist with time and expense entry, and client billings and collections for assigned Partners and Directors.
- With guidance, manage certain administrative aspects of client engagements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of firmwide services.
- Assist with other administrative duties, including but not limited to other practice support areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative and/or executive assistance, Partner or C-level support experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work independently and within a team environment
- Able to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives, and implement resolutions
- Extensive technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Excellent technology skills with an aptitude to learn new applications and perform work electronically
The hourly pay range for this position is $36.05 - $45.67 per hour, plus overtime where needed.
