Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic maintenance team? As a Parts Room Clerk, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, handling everything from purchase orders and inventory management to data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders, approve invoices in SAP.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and tools using Excel.
  • Assist with data entry and other tasks as assigned.3

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Must possess good communication and organizational skills.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels

Maintain accurate files and log books

Data entry

Ability to work well with people at all levels.

Ability to change or adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures.

Ability to think and take constructive action in work-related matters.

o Must have the ability to multi-task.

Must be able to work independently and use good judgment.

Ability to maintain attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time.

The essential functions of this role include:
