Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Oversee and manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory reporting
• Exhibit responsibility for maintaining and monitoring financial data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate posting
• Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasting
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes effectively
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals
• Support the implementation of new accounting software or tools
• Analyze financial performance and advise management on financial health
• Utilize accounting software systems including Quickbooks Online, Great Plains (GPAC), and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget
• Skills in Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience in using Quickbooks Online
