We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. This position requires a solid mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

education: High School

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and other automation equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues as needed.
