Warehouse Technician/Driver - Pawtucket

As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Pawtucket, RI team. This role is more than just driving—you’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting logistics for job sites across New England.
What You’ll Do:
- Unload and inspect deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming products against packing lists and report discrepancies.
- Organize and stage orders for multiple job sites.
- Manage inventory using software tools and assist with general office maintenance.
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently across the region.
- Inspect and maintain vehicles as needed to ensure safety and reliability.
- Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At Encore, a "can-do" attitude is non-negotiable, but here are a few other things you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience and the ability to use a forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and basic knowledge of hand tools a plus.
- Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
